So I just found out my class schedules for this semester...
This is the closest French idiomatic expression for "I think I'm coming down with something".
I've been taking care of J for the past two days and I may have contracted what he has. I hope not though.

It looks like rain.
The French equivalent for the idiom "It looks like rain" is "Le temps est à la pluie". Literally translated, it means "The weather is to the rain".
It has been like this for the past few days and it may be the reason a lot of people are coming down with something. For the French equivalent for the idiom "Coming down with something". Please click here.

I was putting off going to the dentist for a couple of months now that when I finally did, I was willing to do whatever the dentist tells me. Long story short, I'm here in m room with a numb cotton-filled mouth hoping that when the numbness goes away my dad will be back here with the pain medication.
This is the first time after so many years that I got a tooth extracted. I can't believe I didn't cry before. It was sooooo painful! Like my whole jaw is going to be pulled out.
Now they say that oral surgery for impacted teeth is so much more painful. I have 2. Double the fun!

Je me demande pourquoi. Est-ce que mon intuition s’énérve ?
Anyway, enough emo-ness. On with life!
As you know (or not yet know as I haven't posted about this in my blog), I am translating Anatole France's "La Vie en Fleur" to Tagalog with my MA classmates Sofie and Mariam. It's very, very difficult as this is the first time I'll be translating to Tagalog. I'm not very used to it. I speak Tagalog but of course not the literary kind which adds another difficulty dimension to this project. I have finished tan-tanan-nan!! One chapter. I have yet to finish three more and the deadline is fast approaching.
This weekend, if everything goes well, we will be able to meet the deadline next Tuesday. I've "rented" one of Jeff's brother's condo units so that me and my groupmates may be able to work together on it. Gah!! So little time, so much to do.
To give you an idea how much I suck at translating from French to Tagalog, I'm posting the first paragraph of the first chapter below. Anyone is free to critique
Ipaintindi mo sa kanya ang kamaliang nagawa niya sa pagbabalewala ng kanyang pag-aaral.”And here's the same paragraph in the original French:
Shite... I miss my daddeh so much. Hey, J, I need my daily dose of inspiration!!
Ma mère regarda M. Dubois, surprise et désolée.
Since the start of this week I've shunned my daily cup of java. What for? This will serve as my penitence for Holy Week.
If you know me well, you know I love my coffee. I even touted it as THE panacea for headaches. At the onset, I really felt like I was depriving myself. I'm drinking black tea though so I still have my daily dose of caffeine so it's all fine. I don't get the aroma though so I content myself with smelling the aroma in our office pantry.
As soon as Jeff got wind of this penitence of mine, he tried to tempt me to drink coffee and he even enlisted Miki's help.
Jeff and Miki can tempt me all they want but I'm going to see this penitence to the end! Aja!
I can't wait for Easter Sunday though so I can drink all the java I want . :P
I think I found a way to create posts in a table. This will make the agit standings taste like eye candy. Please remind me to implement it. Hehe. :P
If you have been going to this blog for the past few weeks, you would have noticed that I've started doing a Castle Watch for all the servers of Philippine Ragnarok Online. This is no small feat as this should be updated almost everyday. Castle ownership changes every siege day so that means every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. So I am really curious as to how the Windfall Guild website is programmed to automatically update the castle ownership for both servers of the International Ragnarok Online.
My brother who's currently studying an IT course for college said that it is very easy programming. But for me, I think it would be a royal pain as I don't know a thing about programming. I don't even know how to bot. (I ask other people to do it for me haha!)
If anyone playing in pRO can do this, that would be great! But for now, please continue on visiting my blog for agit standings. Hehe.

D... and I are planning to open our very own computer shop soon. Lots of things need to be done before this is concretized though.
We've taken into consideration many many tips on how to make it work. Hopefully, our friendship doesn't get destroyed in the process as some of them warned though.
So far, we have not yet started on anything yet except on planning and uhmm planning. We need more capital!! Hehehe.
Dreams should have a deadline. Must... raise... capital!
I previously posted here that I need to travel more. With it, I posted a map of the Philippines with the places I visited highlighted. Admittedly, I haven't gone to somewhere new in the Philippines lately. I have so much more traveling to do!
Now I am posting a world map with the countries I have already visited:

or check our Venice travel guide
So far, only one other country except for where I live which is Vietnam. Hopefully, when our Indochina trip pushes through in November, I can put in three more countries: Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand.
Other countries I am planning to visit are:
